Hi, Stampers!
Every now and then I like to look over my card making supplies to determine items I might be under using. Today’s card is the result of that process. I possess all manner of coloring tools, and I love them all. The other day I realized I had not used my Stampin’ Write Markers in some time; I tend to reach for my Stampin’ Blends these days. Granted, the Stampin’ Blends (alcohol markers) do color nicely and leave no harsh lines, but the Stampin’ Write Markers work great for small images and small areas. The smaller floral image from the NATURE’S HARVEST stamp set is perfect for coloring with the Stampin’ Write markers.
Here is a look at my card:
And here is the stamp set:
I used the Bumblebee and Crushed Curry to color in the flowers, and colored the flower centers with Crumb Cake. The stems were colored with Pear Pizzazz, and I went over the Pear Pizzazz with Sahara Sand to soften the color a bit.
