BUTTERFLY BOUQUET COMING YOUR WAY

 Hi Stampers!

Today I have some cards to share with you made using products from an upcoming Stampin’ Up!®️ promotion called Butterfly Bouquet.  The Products will be available for order 2 March -3 May 2021. Butterfly Bouquet products include an early release bundle called Butterfly Brillance from the upcoming Stampin’ Up! 2021-22 Annual Catalog. Also included in the products are two exclusive paper choices. Let’s take a look at these new products!

These cards were created using Butterfly Bouquet products; butterfly stamps, dies, DSP and Specialty DSP.

The Butterfly Brilliance is one large stamp consisting of 6 realistic butterfly illustrations.

The Brilliant Wings Dies set contains 12 dies. One large dye that cuts out the stamped butterflies, two silhouette butterfly dies, six intricate butterfly dies, and three element dies. The dies and stamp set may be purchased separately, or together as a bundle

Here is a peek at the at the Butterfly  Bijou designer papers and the Natural Touch Specialty Paper. The DSP is 6” x 6” and features butterfly prints on one side and watercolor and small print designs on the other. The Natural Touch Specialty Paper comes in a package of two 12” x 12” sheets. The paper has a textured wood grain design. The reverse side of the paper is a neutral pattern. The papers will be available 2 March - 3 May 2021 only.

The Butterfly Brilliance stamp set and the Brilliant Wings Dies, will be available beginning 2 March as early release products from the Stampin’ Up! 2021- 22 Annual Catalog, and will be available through the duration of that catalog.

For this card I stamped the butterflies, die cut them, and chose one for the card. I added some color to the butterfly with Stampin’ Blends Markers. The colorful panel is one of the designs from the Butterfly Bijou DSP. The sentiment panel is cut from the Natural Touch Specialty Paper. Each panel is mounted on Basic Black cardstock, and it is all adhered to a Magenta Madness card base. I curled the butterfly’s wings a bit and used dimensionals to pop it up on the card. I added three Champange Rhinestones (current annual catalog).

This card was made using a Calypso Coral card base, with a strip of the DSP matted on a piece of Petal Pink cardstock. I used one of the intricate butterfly dies and the Natural Touch Specialty Paper. The greeting is from the Happy Thoughts stamp set (current mini catalog), and is stamped with Calypso Coral ink. I added three Elegant Faceted Gems (annual catalog).

The butterflies on one of the DSP designs can be die cut using the large butterfly die. The butterfly on this card was die cut from the DSP. It is attached with dimensionals to another of the DSP designs, which is adhered to a Coastal Cabana mat on a Bermuda Bay card base. I added three Opal Rounds (current mini catalog).

Here is another card made using a butterfly die cut from the DSP. The strip of DSP is mounted on a piece of So Saffron cardstock which I dis some paper tearing on the edges. The card base is Misty Moonlight.

As you can see, this card features no butterflies. It does feature a piece of the Natural Touch Specialty Paper. I added texture to the paper with one of the element dies included in the Brilliant Wings Dies. I darkened the Specialty Paper by adding Early Espresso ink with a blending brush. The sentiment is from Happy Thoughts (current mini catalog) and is stamped on an image from the Rooted In Nature stamp set (annual catalog). The background paper is from the In Good Taste DSP. The wooden leaf elements are from the In Good Taste Elements (annual catalog). I added a bit of Basic Gray twine (current mini catalog). Everything is mounted on a Crumb Cake card base.

Here is another look at all the cards.
