Hi Stampers!
I enjoy using all types of card folds, fun techniques, great layouts, and lots of embellishments when creating my Christmas cards, but sometimes I like to keep things simple. Today’s cards are examples of how I keep cards simple, but still interesting. Let’s take a look:
I really like the look of dark blue and Crumb Cake. Usually I choose to pair Crumb Cake with Night of Navy ink, For these cards I used Starry Sky. I really like the look. I chose to mat the focal panels with Basic White cardstock for a nice contrast.

TIPS FOR KEEPING HOLIDAY CARD MAKING SIMPLE
* Use a basic card fold - 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” scored and folded at 4 1/4 or 11” x 4 1/4” scored and folded at 5 1/2”
* Remember SIP Cards (stamps, ink, & paper) can be just as beautiful as more complex cards
* Select stamps that require little or no coloring
* Use a deep rich ink color paired with a contrasting cardstock color to add interest and appeal
* Use a simply card layout - minimal layers
* Most of all, relax and enjoy the process! You cards will be beautiful and bring smiles to the faces of the recipients!
